The reason you want anything boils down to one thing. Think of anything you want in your life. A bigger house. Your child to get better grades. Your spouse to pay more attention to you. To lose weight. A cookie. New clothes. A partner. A baby. More money. People in your family to behave how you want them to. It’s because of how you think that thing will make you feel once you have it. What if you could feel however you want to right now? You wouldn’t need to have anything to feel a certain way. You could already feel good. Then those things are just a bonus. This isn’t wishful thinking. It isn’t positive thinking. It’s a skill my friends. You can learn it just like you can learn anything else.
